Phil Johns

UK Managing Director

Phil returned to SIG as UK Managing Director after previously holding the position of Managing Director for SIG UK Exteriors for 10 years, and spending over 28 years with the business in several leadership roles. He moved in 2014 to take on the role of CEO for MKM Building Supplies and re-joined SIG from his most recent role as Chief Commercial Officer with IBMG Group.

Chris Lodge

Managing Director - Exteriors

Chris Lodge heads up the Exteriors businesses in SIG. As well as 23 years of industry experience, Chris previously held our Finance Director position for the Exteriors business for over 6 years and has been with SIG since 2006.

George King

Divisional Managing Director – Exteriors South

George has been a senior member of the Exteriors Board for 13 years and is highly respected by suppliers, customers and employees. His knowledge of the industry is unrivalled and he's a highly valued member of the team.

Graham Jennings

Divisional Managing Director – Exteriors North

35 years involved in Roofing Contracting, 30 of which was running his own organisation Jennings Roofing Ltd which was sold to Northern Bear plc, who is a North East Construction Company where roofing was the biggest part of their business. From March 2012 to 2019 Graham was the Managing Director of Northern Bear plc, overseeing its growth strategy.

Sarah Renton

HR Director

Sarah Renton is responsible for our UK HR operation. With over 20 years HR experience in industries such as airline, manufacturing, retail, distribution and facilities management, Sarah joined SIG in September of 2019 as HR Director for our Distribution business. She oversees the HR function for all of our UK businesses.
