Greggs £5 voucher terms and conditions:

UK PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
  2. The prize draw is free to enter using the Instagram and Facebook data forms specified No purchase is necessary.
  3. All entries must be submitted via Instagram or Facebook data form and only one entry per person is permitted.
  4. The opening date for entries is 00:00am on 01/02/2024. The closing date of the prize draw is 11:59pm on Friday 8th Entries received after this time will not be counted OR valid OR accepted OR considered. All vouchers must be collected by closing time at branches – see www.sigroofing.co.uk for branch opening times on 14th March 2024.
  5. The Promoter and Instagram/ Facebook/ Greggs accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
  6. Instagram/ Facebook/ Greggs are not responsible for this promotional action administered by the Promoter.
  7. Each unique data entry will receive a QR code via the email supplied in the data entry form via Instagram/ Facebook. This QR code must then be physically presented via a printed copy or electronic copy shown via a mobile at one of the following SIG Roofing branches: SIG Roofing Crewe, SIG Roofing Telford, SIG Roofing Stoke Berryhill, SIG Roofing Coventry. On production of the QR code and confirmation of email and mobile number matching the original data entry a £5 Greggs voucher will be given to the provider. QR Codes are only valid for 5 days from date of email, after this point the QR will have expired and can no longer be exchanged for a £5 Greggs voucher.
  8. The winner will receive [a voucher worth £5 to be spent at Greggs and valid until Feb 2025 subject always to the terms and conditions of the voucher].
  9. The winner will be notified by via Email.
  10. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 5 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited.
  11. We will at this stage request the email and mobile details of the winner so that the e-voucher prize can be sent to them. The QR code will be sent to the winner by email within 2 hours of completing the form on Instagram/Facebook
  12. The QR code/ Voucher is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
  13. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
  14. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  15. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid awards took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails [email protected] or writes to SIG Roofing, St Ives, PE27 3AY (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date of the competition. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter SIG Roofing – [email protected]. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
  16. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  17. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
  18. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  19. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter’s privacy-notice.pdf (sigplc.com). See also the conditions above with regard to the announcement of winners.
  20. These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
