FIX-R Liquid 10 is a cold-applied, rapid curing, Polyurethane liquid roofing solution.

It can be applied over existing roof systems or onto new roofs, providing they are dry, creating a durable and seamless waterproof layer.

Additional products are also available for specific situations:

  • • Add Thixo 10 to create a thicker solution to aid application on inclined, uneven or vertical substrates
  • • Add Traffic 10 as an additional coat once Liquid 10 has fully cured, to create a surface that can be skid inhibiting if used in conjunction with a suitable aggregate or slate chippings, ideal for balconies or walkways

PREPARATION

Jointseal 10

When preparing an existing bitumen surface, use Jointseal 10 to fill any cracks or blisters and to create a fillet on all 90º angles e.g. upstands, skylights, pipework etc.

If applying the Liquid 10 system to OSB, use Jointseal over the board joints to create a smooth surface.

Declaration of Performance

TAPE 10

When applying the Liquid 10 system to OSB boards, use Tape 10 to reinforce board joints and any joints where the OSB deck meets pitched roofs, layboards and trim edges.

Available in 10m rolls.

primer 10

Apply Primer 10 to upstands, deck and trims. Further coats of Liquid 10 can be applied at any time in the products life span by simply cleaning the roof and applying Primer 10 to the surface prior to re-coating.

Apply Fibred 10 to all internal corner details, upstands, pipe collars and trim edges etc. removing the need for complex fabric detailing.

FINISHING

fabric 10

Dependent on the substrate, the Liquid 10 system must be either partially or fully reinforced using Fabric 10 (or Tape 10).

Available in 25m rolls (1m wide).

Apply this finish coat to an existing bitumen substrate, before adding a length of Fabric 10 and finishing with a further coat of Liquid 10.

Available in 15kg ℮.

Colour: Grey

Hazard Classification: H226, H315, H319, H373

Cannot be used in areas where the system may come into contact with chemically treated water such as swimming pools. Not safe for fish ponds.

Use Traffic 10 to create a harder wearing, slip inhibiting coating over Liquid 10 if used in conjunction with a suitable aggregate or slate chippings.
