FIX-R EPDM is a durable rubber roofing system with high puncture resistance. Requiring minimal maintenance, it is an ideal system for flat roof renovation and new flat roof installations in domestic, commercial and industrial applications.
With the ability to withstand a range of weather conditions, whether rain or UV, FIX-R EPDM has been awarded a BBA Agrément Cerificate with a service life of at least 35 years and is the ideal choice if there are any concerns around expansion and contraction, particularly with larger flat roofs.
FIX-R EPDM is available in a choice of widths and thicknesses and is manufactured in large sheets for excellent coverage with no seams.
For those projects requiring extra durability, our Reinforced Single Ply Membrane has a polyester fleece which is laminated to the underside of the membrane. This option is ideal where greater durability is required such as balconies, patios, and for overlaying and repair work. This solution is available in rolls of 1.5m x 12.2m and comes with pre-applied seam tape, saving time on site.
