The IKO Easyseal Flat Roofing System consists of seven high performance membranes. The self-adhesive (S-A) application process eliminates the need for hot bitumen or gas torches, making the IKO Easyseal range an ideal option for experienced contractors or competent DIY installers alike.

IKO Easyseal Pro Cap Sheet
Manufactured with a high performance polyester base, coated with SBS modified bitumen, IKO Easyseal Pro Cap Sheet, incorporates the Prevent Graphite Fire Wall Technology with selfextinguishing properties and has been classified as BROOF(t4) in accordance with BS EN 13501-5: 2005 fire classification of construction products and building elements.
The upper surface is finished with a black slate mineral. The underside adhesive coating is protected by a release film, which is removed during installation, to facilitate the bond to the IKO Easyseal Underlay. Side and end laps are welded with a hot-air gun, with pressure applied from a seam-roller to exude a consistent bead of bitumen for a professional seal. IKO Easyseal Pro Cap Sheet is suitable for use as a field sheet and detailing membrane, with a 20 year guarantee.
IKO Easyseal Cap Sheet
Manufactured with a high performance polyester base, coated with SBS modified bitumen. The upper surface is finished with a green slate mineral. The underside adhesive coating is protected by a release film, which is removed during installation, to facilitate the bond to the IKO Easyseal Underlay.
Side laps are bonded when the underside protective release film is removed. The end and side laps require IKOpro Felt Lap Adhesive to seal. IKO Easyseal Cap Sheet is suitable for use as a field sheet and detailing membrane, with a 15 year guarantee.

A high performance, glass-fibre reinforced carrier with a heat-activated bitumen SBS elastomeric coating.
The underside has a self-adhesive bitumen coating (protected by a release film) that provides either a 40% partial bond or a full bond to primed substrates, it has a 75mm selvedge that facilitates a full bond and rapid installation of the lap joints.

A versatile, high performance layer comprising a polyester reinforced aluminium core, coated with an SBS modified, self-adhesive bitumen. The upper surface has a fine granule finish. The underside adhesive coating is protected by a release film to facilitate the bond to the primed substrate.
